As you can imagine, I am a big fan of cats and all other animals. Furthermore, as a studied veterinarian, I have a great fascination for veterinary medicine, biology and science topics.
Moreover, I have another passion: writing.
It was this passion that led me to establish my own business in 2022 as a copywriter specializing in veterinary and medical content.
Combining my two great passions in this blog has been an adventure. Ever since childhood, I’ve been captivated by cats and all other animals. This love has been a constant companion, inspiring me to delve deeply into animal health, biology, and natural sciences.
After completing my veterinary studies, I decided to share my experiences and knowledge not only in practice but also online. That’s why in 2022, I took the leap into freelance writing with this specialized focus. This way, I can channel my enthusiasm for writing into creating informative and entertaining content about animals and veterinary medicine.

About my cats
For as long as I can remember, cats have held a special place in my heart. They are not only fascinating creatures, but also loyal companions through all the ups and downs of life.
My two Bengal cats, Orion and Cassiopeia, have been with me since May 2023. As a cute brother and sister, they are inseparable and have explored the world together from the very beginning. Orion is a little more reserved, while Cassiopeia is more fearless and also a little crazier, like most females. However, both are equally cuddly, curious, playful and incredibly affectionate. An unusual characteristic of them is that they both really like to be hugged and don’t want to leave. They fill my home with love and joy and are just absolutely enchanting.
They are not only my faithful companions, but also an inexhaustible source of inspiration for my cat blog. Their unexpected pranks, cute quirks and lovable personalities not only make me smile and think, but hopefully soon you too.
The Birth of In Love with Cats
The inception of “In Love with Cats” was a labor of love, born from my deep passion for cats, veterinary medicine, and writing. My aim was to share my knowledge and experiences with other cat owners, helping them provide the best possible life for their beloved feline companions.
The idea for “In Love with Cats” took concrete shape in 2023 and finally materialized in October of the same year when I began work on the website in-love-with-cats.com. After months of intensive preparation and planning, the blog finally launched in March 2024.
